At Widershine, we specialize in custom-engineered industrial communication solutions tailored to your unique requirements. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we adhere to the following policy to ensure fairness and quality assurance:
1. Returns & Exchanges
1.1 Custom Products

Non-Returnable: Custom-made products are manufactured to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Exceptions:

Samples: Pre-configured demo units (non-customized) may be returned within 7 days if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies.

Defective Items: Products with verified manufacturing defects are eligible for free replacement within 30 days of delivery.

To request a replacement for defective items:

Provide detailed evidence: Photos/videos of the defect, order number, and technical logs (if applicable).

Our team will review the claim and issue a prepaid return label if approved.

2. Non-Defective Returns

Customized Orders: No returns or refunds are permitted for non-defective custom products.

Non-Custom Samples: Unused, unopened samples may be returned within 7 days with prior authorization.
3. Warranty Coverage

All products include a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Exclusions:

Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or environmental factors (e.g., extreme temperatures).

Normal wear and tear or consumable components.

4. Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
