Widershine Refund & Return Policy

At Widershine, we specialize in custom-engineered industrial communication solutions tailored to your unique requirements. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we adhere to the following policy to ensure fairness and quality assurance:


1. Returns & Exchanges

1.1 Custom Products

  • Non-Returnable: Custom-made products are manufactured to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

  • Exceptions:

    • Samples: Pre-configured demo units (non-customized) may be returned within 7 days if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies.

    • Defective Items: Products with verified manufacturing defects are eligible for free replacement within 30 days of delivery.

1.2 Quality Assurance

  • To request a replacement for defective items:

    • Contact support@widershine.com within 48 hours of discovering the issue.

    • Provide detailed evidence: Photos/videos of the defect, order number, and technical logs (if applicable).

    • Our team will review the claim and issue a prepaid return label if approved.


2. Non-Defective Returns

  • Customized Orders: No returns or refunds are permitted for non-defective custom products.

  • Non-Custom Samples: Unused, unopened samples may be returned within 7 days with prior authorization.


3. Warranty Coverage

  • All products include a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty Exclusions:

    • Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or environmental factors (e.g., extreme temperatures).

    • Normal wear and tear or consumable components.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
