Introduction

Explosion-proof firefighting and scouting robot is designed and certified for fire-extinguishing and detection in explosive environment, such as petrochemical refining, oil and fuel gas storage, and other chemical manufacturing, storage, transportation site, etc. It will help to improve the rescue safety and reducing casualties in the mission.

Basic functions: fire fighting, audio and video reconnaissance, toxic and hazardous gas reconnaissance, environmental detection in disaster areas; Infrared temperature measurement function: equipped with infrared temperature sensors inside and outside the car to monitor the internal temperature of the car body and the field temperature.

Image collection: It is composed of multiple high-definition infrared cameras to realize the observation of the front and rear direction of sight and the tracking of the robot body and the water cannon, and real-time detection of the robot's pitch, roll, and azimuth angles, so that the operator can try to grasp the robot status and return the value to the remote control terminal In order to do the next correct command operation

Sound collection: The robot can collect the site sound in real time for rescue.

Environment acquisition: Integrated gases detecting devices to detect the gases contentration on different height in the air. (Radioactive substances detection is optional).

Heat eye detection(optional): Tracking and monitoring heat source through infrared thermal imaging.

Automatic power generation and restrain recoil:To restrain recoil, robot driving motor uses specified type, which can be changed from driving mode to generating mode, charge the battery when the water being sprayed.

Automatic obstacle avoidance:High sensitivity and long distance obstacle avoidance system, which can recognize obstacle automatically.

Long distance fire fighting for dangerous cargo: Remote control distance exceed 1 kilometer thanks the advanced communication technology. The robot applied dual channel transmission for data and video, therefore the fireman can operate the robot from long distance to the fire site, ensured rescue security.

Load capacity: self-carrying frame, which can transport rescue materials to the disaster-stricken site (such as: hose, gas mask, positive pressure air respirator, fireproof clothing, rescue tools and other equipment); can tow the rescue vehicle enters the rescue scene; it can pull obstacles through the towing ring 

Internet connection:The robot has network communication function, which can connect to the internet, transfer data and provide reliable evidence to command center. (optional)

Emergency transportation plan (optional): robot dedicated transport trailer or robot dedicated transport vehicle.
